About Mrs. Davis: Mrs. Davis is beginning her sixth year at Greenbrier Elementary as an Interrelated Resource Teacher.  Prior to teaching at Greenbrier Elementary, Mrs. Davis taught a number of different grade levels at both the elementary and middle school levels.  Mrs. Davis has been married to Scott Davis, Sr., for 32 years, and they have three wonderful children.  Scott Jr. (age 27) graduated from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a major in Music Education and a minor in Jazz.  He completed basic training with the USAF and is currently a professional percussionist with the Band of the Pacific stationed at the Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii.  Scott, Jr. is also now married to our amazing daughter-in-law, Kimberlee. Seth (age 23) recently graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2022 with a degree in Biology.  He is currently in graduate school at Augusta University to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy.  Sierra (age 20) recently graduated from  Greenbrier High School in 2022. She is currently a sophomore at Augusta University studying to become an art teacher. 

Mrs. Davis earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina at Aiken in 1991.  She is also certified in Middle Grades Education as well as Special Education.  Mrs. Davis earned her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Augusta University in 2017 and also just completed her Specialist Degree in Advanced Educational Studies in 2021.  Mrs. Davis just returned to graduate school this past summer to pursue a doctoral degree! She taught 5th grade for 6 years at Hammond Hill Elementary in North Augusta before moving to Charlotte, NC, and staying at home with her children for 8 years.  After moving back to Evans, Georgia in 2005, Mrs. Davis taught preschool for 3 years, served as a paraprofessional and substitute in Columbia County for over 8 years, and joined GBE as a teacher in 2018.  Mrs. Davis primarily works with students in grades K-2, and she is very happy to be a part of the GBE family!
